Having worked within Health and Social care recruitment for over 15 years and within roles from business support to being on the board of directors, I am now delighted to be representing and leading Positive Futures.

Having worked within Health and Social care recruitment for over 15 years and within roles from business support to being on the board of directors, I am now delighted to be representing and leading Positive Futures. Throughout my career, there has been no better feeling than the satisfaction of being able to support my clients and candidates and truly seeing the difference it made to the lives of their service users and students. I therefore made it my aim to strive towards this every day and as a result Positive Futures was born. I believe that people who are truly passionate about the work they do deserve to have a position they love and an organisation who shares their visions and values. In addition to this, organisations deserve to have employees who put their service users and students at the heart of everything they do – creating Positive Futures all round. I manage recruitment for Learning Disability services and Specialist Education within the Midlands and North and I make it a priority to get to know every organisation and candidate I work with in order to make the perfect match.

Having worked within recruitment since 2015, I spent several years recruiting estate agents before going into internal recruitment for a well-known national specialist education provider before I transferred back into agency recruitment with Positive Futures.

Having worked within recruitment since 2015, I spent several years recruiting estate agents before going into internal recruitment for a well-known national specialist education provider before I transferred back into agency recruitment with Positive Futures. I am truly passionate about the candidate journey and pride myself on not being your usual recruiter, striving to exceed expectations and always delivering the best to our clients and candidates alike. I work across the Southeast, London and Northern parts of the UK, locations that I have covered for over 3 years where I recruit throughout Children and Adults services for both Trauma and Learning Disability provisions and across all education roles. The role I do is utterly rewarding, I take great pleasure in securing roles for candidates and clients who are just looking for that perfect match, taking time to get to know each person so I can ensure they are right for that role. It is so important to me that our clients find the right person as movement within education and special education roles can be so hard on the people they support. I deeply care about making a difference within my role and am very proud of what I do.

I share the Companies ethos for looking after people in a positive, ethical and professional way and I am devoted to building strong relationships with everybody that I work with. Seeing somebody find their perfect job in an industry that really makes a difference to people lives is something I am extremely passionate about and is the reason I have worked in recruitment for most of my career – Positive Futures brings all my skillset together and I love what I do. It is really important to me to help and support my clients in filling their roles with the right person, somebody that cares about their work and takes pride in what they can offer.

AnnieRecruitment Coordinator – Children and Adults Services UK Wide

As an employer that manages over 500 starters a year it’s key that your suppliers work effectively with you and for you.
Whilst large corporate agencies may have the manpower, purchasing power and commercial presence; we’ve yet to have a supplier that works harder or more efficiently for us than Positive Futures. Last year they were our most successful supplier by quite some distance and this year is looking exactly the same.

StephenResourcing Manager – National Children and Adults Services

We have found Margo and Positive Futures Recruitment attentive to our specific recruitment needs and committed to sourcing excellent candidates. They worked quickly, efficiently and with no fuss. The company have really contributed to the success of our service delivery in the past 18 months. We’d recommend them to anyone in the sector.

Margo is by far the most dedicated and professional recruitment professional I have ever dealt with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Margo and her organisation and for this reason, Margo and her team are our go to agency for recruitment

MikeChildren’s Complex Care provider

My experience with Margo was great, from beginning to end. The application process was smooth, Margo was very efficient in keeping me updated with 'what happens next'. Margo was very approachable, and her manner put me at ease when speaking about the job on the phone and preparing for the interview. I'm very grateful for Margo's help in finding me my current job.

DaryllSEN Teacher – Specialist Education

I have to say from start to finish I had a really positive experience working with Positive Futures recruitment. All of the telephone interactions I had were not only very encouraging and supportive but also gave the right amount of information regarding what to expect at interview, what to expect of the job role itself, and how to prepare for interview. It was particularly helpful that you kept in contact on the run up to interview, taking time to do interview practice with candidates was invaluable. I think the most important factor for me was your demeanour, very friendly , positive , and a supportive calming influence. Sometimes it’s not what you say it’s how you deliver it and I was very grateful to have such a lovely person at the end of the phone when I was so nervous . I have nothing but praise for positive futures recruitment and would highly recommend them.

ChloeYoung Adult Support Worker

So grateful to Susan and Positive Futures Recruitment. Thank you so much for everything that you've done. I wouldn't have got the job without all of your efforts. So thank you for supporting me in my journey and believing in me, it was just the confidence boost I needed. I'm looking forward to a new chapter.

GeorginaAdult Learning Disabilities – Youth Worker

Margo is a genuine professional who puts the needs of her clients first, and takes great care to ensure those with skills connect with those who need those skills. She treats each person she places as an individual. When she contacted me, she had taken the time to read my CV and didn't try to simply fit me into an unsuitable post: few recruiters take this much care. She is personable, listens, and is insightful.
